We would love to have you be part of this increasingly popular event!
Here are some of the areas we need help in. If you're interested, or know someone that is, give us a call or send us an e-mail and let us know what you'd like to do.
1) We need help picking up prizes from the sponsors.
This can be done well in advance of the event as we expect to begin prize requests by early April. It will leave plenty of time to round up everything at a relaxed pace leading up to the event.
2) We need help spreading the word.
As summer draws near, we need to distribute flyers and post posters around town. We will have flyers printed and distributed to willing stores to set them up on counters and in windows announcing the event.
3) We need lots of help on the day of the event.
Setting up registration tables, assisting contestants marking their 'sand pits', judging the contestants work and generally answering questions from contestants and spectators as they arise.
